All of our bread is handmade, organic & naturally leavened, using no commercial yeast. Our flour is from stone-milled Canadian grains.

City (batard)

Lunchpail (pan)
organic white, red fife & rye flours, kosher salt, water, levain
Harvest Moon (round)
porridge of oats, millet, sunflower seeds & flax seeds, organic red fife & white flours, kosher salt, water, levain, coated in porridge grains + pumpkin seeds
Sesame (batard)
organic white, red fife & rye flours, kosher salt, water, levain, toasted sesame seeds inside & out
Olives & Lemon Zest (batard)
organic white, red fife & rye flours, kosher salt, water, levain, whole* castelvetrano & kalamata olives, lemon zest
*please note - using whole olives leaves the chance of coming across the rare pit. we do our best to find these during prep, but it is possible one could get past us.

Baguettes*
organic white & red fife flours, kosher salt, water, levain, fresh yeast

(*baguettes are baked last and come out fresh around 10 AM)
